Fielder ("we," "us") operates hosted lead-qualification and appointment-booking pages for local service businesses ("business customers"). This policy covers two groups: business customers who sign up for a Fielder account, and visitors who use a business customer's hosted booking page to request an estimate ("visitors").
From business customers, at signup and in account settings:
From visitors, when they use a business's booking page:
Visitor information is collected on behalf of, and shared with, the specific business whose booking page it was submitted through — that's the entire purpose of the product. We use it to route the lead to that business, send booking/reminder emails, and show it in that business's dashboard. We don't sell visitor data, and we don't share it with any business other than the one the visitor submitted it to.
We use a small number of service providers to run Fielder, each only for that purpose:
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep a business customer logged in. It's not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't use third-party analytics or ad trackers on booking pages.
We keep account and lead data for as long as the business account is active, so the dashboard stays accurate and useful. A business customer can request deletion of their account and associated lead data at any time by contacting us.
You can ask us what data we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the contact below. If you're a visitor who submitted a request through a business's booking page, that business also controls your data and can be contacted directly.
Fielder isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fielder after a change means you accept the update.
